Nearly all of the NFL’s 32 teams’ seasons are over as they begin looking toward how to improve their teams for 2023. Sam Monson of PFF has begun releasing his biggest needs for each team this offseason. It comes as absolutely no surprise as he released the AFC North needs that he said the Cleveland Browns need defensive interior help badly.
The Browns’ defensive tackle group was historically bad against the run game and didn’t produce consistent pressure in the passing game either. Defensive Coordinator Jim Schwartz is known for his ability to coach and get the most out of defensive linemen. The room needs a total makeover and should attack in both free agency and the 2023 NFL Draft.
