PFF doesn’t view Garrett Bradbury highly

After having multiple players in the top 10 at their position on offense, Pro Football Focus‘ Gordon McGuinness didn’t feel the same about Garrett Bradbury, ranking him at 20th overall at the position.

He hasn’t lived up to his billing as a first-round pick back in 2019, but Bradbury is coming off a career year that saw him earn a 67.5 PFF grade. His 63.8 PFF pass-blocking grade was the first season where it wasn’t lower than 45.0, improving by far the biggest flaw in his game.

When you look at Bradbury, his career has been a disappointment. There were a multitude of struggles in his first four seasons, especially in pass blocking. Bradbury would consistently get forklifted and pushed back by defensive tackles. This past season, he showed real improvement in that area. A change in offensive line coach and minor scheme alterations helped with that.

Bradbury isn’t the best at the position, but at his current contract is worth it.
