The Indianapolis Colts have an official top-30 visit scheduled with Kentucky quarterback Will Levis ahead of the 2023 NFL draft, and it seems he’s been getting advice from a legend of the horseshoe.
During his pro day Friday, Levis told reporters he’s been getting advice about his game from Colts legend Peyton Manning during the pre-draft process.
Will Levis told me he’s looking forward to meeting with the #Colts in the coming weeks.
He’s also been getting some QB advice from former #Colts legend Peyton Manning.

It’s not uncommon for Manning to reach out and chat with the incoming quarterbacks of the upcoming draft. It seems to be a development he goes through each offseason as the new crop eventually rolls in.
While it hasn’t been confirmed, it wouldn’t be a surprise at all if Manning is also helping the Colts in a consultant-like role when it comes to the quarterback position this draft season.
The Colts are widely expected to take a quarterback with the No. 4 overall pick. Who that will be remains a mystery, and the Colts will have to hope their top prospect isn’t take within the first three picks of the draft if they choose to stay put.
We won’t know if Levis is high on the Colts’ board until the draft arrives and even then we may not get an answer to that question.
But it can’t hurt to get advice from The Sherriff.
