Even in retirement, Peyton Manning remains one of the most marketable figures in football — and he’s gotten his family involved, too.
Peyton and his brother, Eli, have starred in multiple commercials in recent years and they now co-host a ManningCast for ten Monday Night Football games on ESPN2 each season.
Tapping into their popularity and creativity, the NFL got the Manning brothers involved for a reimagined Pro Bowl this season.
This year’s Pro Bowl will feature multiple skills competitions during the week leading up to a flag football game. Peyton (AFC) and Eli (NFC) will serve as the coaches for this year’s all-star game.
The NFL released a commercial for the Pro Bowl during the divisional round of the playoffs that featured the Manning brothers’ signature sense of humor.
“Mom loves the AFC more,” Peyton says in what seemingly proves to be the winning final punch in an argument over which conference is better.
This year’s flag football Pro Bowl game will air on ESPN, ABC and Disney XD on Sunday, Feb. 5.
