Devoted Peter Kay fans have reported queuing for up to EIGHT HOURS online in a bid to get their hands on red-hot tickets.
The Bolton comedian shocked fans by adding dozens of new dates for Manchester, as well as other major cities across the UK after millions of people tried to bag seats.
A total of 42 shows will take place at Manchester's AO Arena with two performances taking place next month, and the rest from September next year, all the way into 2024 and 2025.

Peter Kay tweeted on Saturday afternoon to tell fans of his gratitude over the tour response. He said: "Absolutely blown away by the ticket sales so far, especially as some of the shows aren't for a good while yet but don't worry we'll have a laugh when we're all together. Much love, Peter." He also signed off on a joke about Matt Hancock.
Meanwhile the Mirror reported that some tickets were being sold for a staggering £1,700 on ticket site Viagogo, as furious fans took to social media to express their outrage.
Some fans who had dedicated their Saturday in the hope to see Mr Kay live in action for the first time in years, reported they were still waiting in a queue - up to eight hours after they went on sale.
Hollyrustipug14 tweeted: " @JasonManford Thanks for the great show last night in Brum, but you really put a jinx on me getting tickets for @peterkay_co_uk this morning. 8 hours it took, and I’ve got to wait until Feb 2025."
@stardance53 said: "8 hours it took to get mine for 2025 might have to leave it in my will in case I'm not here by then!!!"
Other fans weren't so lucky and missed out on securing tickets, despite spending hours in the queue on ticket websites.
@ellie_sue37 said: "Just my luck. I don’t ask for much in life but two #peterkaytickets would be nice. 5 hours on @TicketmasterUK then getting kicked off and now this on @ticketfactory @peterkay_co_uk oh well, you win some you lose some!"
@GlenSimms1974 said: "Spent all day on the site from before 9am, 6 of us trying to get tickets. Not one of us managed it. Absolute joke….no pun intended!!"
@thatusagyuuun said: "Would love to see you, but I tried to buy tickets, low availability apparently means not at all, for any venue in the UK! Very sad. Been waiting a long time to see you!"
Some fans advised refreshing the ticket page to try and secure tickets, whilst others said they'd been forced to abandon the queue altogether.
Others joked about having to wait another three years to see the comedian, as extra tour dates were announced to meet demand for as far away as 2024 and 2025.
