Peter Haring will be free to face Aberdeen this weekend after Hearts' bid to overturn his red card from the 2-2 draw with St Mirren was successful.
The Austrian midfielder was given his marching orders by referee David Dickinson after a sliding challenge on Mark O'Hara shortly after Josh Ginnelly pulled the Jambos back into the game with his strike in the 73rd minute.
A late Lawrence Shankland penalty kept Steven Naismith's side in the race for third as they match the Dons' draw with Hibs, and Haring's downgraded sanction comes as a welcome boost ahead of this weekend.

Hearts currently sit five points behind Barry Robson's Aberdeen side knowing they must win against them at Tynecastle to stand any chance of sealing a second consecutive third place finish.
Defeat on Saturday would confirm the Dons as best of the rest and leave them battling it out with Hibs for fourth to secure a place in the Europa Conference League qualifiers this summer.
A fast track tribunal hearing saw Haring's sending off reduced to a caution on Wednesday (May 17), with the red card coming just a week after Alex Cochrane was dismissed for pulling back Celtic's Daizen Maeda in a last man challenge, with the Hoops going on to win 2-0 in Gorgie.
A statement on Hearts' Twitter page read: "The club can confirm that Peter Haring's red card has been reduced to a caution following a Hampden hearing.
"Peter will be available for selection for Saturday's cinch Premiership match with Aberdeen at Tynecastle."
