Peter Andre's Mini revealed as he hops in pal's car after thieves raid his Mercedes

Peter Andre had to get a ride in his pal's Mini from his latest Grease performance after his Mercedes was smashed and raided earlier this week.

On Thursday night, the Mysterious Girl singer, 29, smiled and waved from the tiny motor after his performance as Vince Fontaine and Teen Angel in the Dominion Theatre show.

Keeping his hefty quiff under wraps in a baseball cap, Peter cut a casual figure a plain white Nike hoodie following the evening show.

Peter has been using the Mini Cooper after his car was broken into and his belongings stolen while he was on stage earlier this week.

Following the incident, the singer filmed the state of his car and shared the news with fans.

Zooming in on the Mercedes' broken back window, the singer sounded thoroughly fed up.

"So, I came out of the venue tonight at Grease and this is what happened," he said, despondently.

"Someone smashed it, got all the stuff... thankfully left my child's seat there. They've taken quite a few things.

"I felt really bad because people were coming up and I couldn't talk to them. I had to go because of what happened."

Captioning the video, he added: "Sorry to all those that were coming up after the show and I couldn’t really talk and had to go.

"I know things could be a lot worse and there are bigger problems in the world but it’s still sad. And thankfully no one was hurt. Thankfully only material things."

Pete's post was met with a wave of support on Instagram.

One fan said: "What is wrong with people! Sorry to hear of this Pete. Sending love to you’re beautiful family."

While another wrote: "Wow. Sorry this happened to you. At least you have the child seat. The fact that you feel bad about not being able to say hello to people speaks volumes."

Thankfully, Pete managed to recover some of his belongings after a passer-by found them in the street (Instagram/ @peterandre)

"Oh Pedro so sorry - it’s such an invasive feeling getting a car broken into. Some crazy people in this world," another concerned user added.

Thankfully, a passer-by named George found some of his personal belongings scattered all over the ground and contacted the number on them.

"'I’m so grateful, I’m so grateful. It just goes to show when some people do thing that are not very nice, you get some people in this world who are more than kind," he said the next day.
