Peter Andre reveals daughter Princess' plan for first paid job - and he's 'really proud'

Peter Andre has revealed the types of roles his daughter Princess Andre is considering for her first paid job, with the musician "proud" of the teenager for showing initiative.

The singer-songwriter, 48, shares his eldest daughter, 14, and her brother Junior Andre, 16, with ex-wife Katie Price, 43 - whom he was married to between 2005 and 2009.

He also has two children with his current wife Emily Andre, 32 - with the couple, who have been married since 2015, parents to Amelia Andre, seven, and Theodore Andre, five.

The father-of-four recently revealed that his eldest daughter is wants to start earning her own money, with the teenager hoping to be a babysitter and dog walker soon.

Peter spoke about her plans in his latest column in New magazine, released earlier today, in which he shared why he thinks that it's important for youngsters to take on a job.

The columnist said that Princess is now "out of isolation" after catching Covid-19, though she had been "fine the whole time" and is said to have "loved being at home."

He then shared her hope of earning money, commenting: "She recently said she wants to start babysitting and doing other jobs to earn pocket money, which is very sweet."

The I'm a Celebrity alum said it "may be a bit early" but suggested that she start by looking after her younger siblings, who are often referred to as Millie and Theo.

"We can only really do that if Junior is also around and there's another adult in the house," he however said.

Babysitting isn't the only job that his daughter is considering though, he said, with him further adding: "She's also asked about walking the neighbours' dogs."

The Mysterious Girl singer said he was "really proud of her for taking that initiative" and went on to reveal his first job, which he had when he was a little bit younger than Princess.

He said in his latest column that his first job was "stacking supermarket shelves" on a weekend when he was 13.

He commented: "I think it’s good for kids to learn about the responsibility that comes with a job, plus timekeeping and money management."
