Peter Andre has publicly shared some advice to his teenage daughter after she found herself hitting back at trolls. Princess Andre, 15, took to social media this week to share a few snaps and video from her holiday in Cyrpus.
Princess, the daughter of Peter and his ex-wife Katie Price, enjoyed the sunshine break with her dad and her older brother, Junior, stepmum Emily and her younger siblings, Theo and Amelia. The family joined Pete's brother Michael on the trip.
Among her string of images and clips, which included her family riding jet skis and plenty of delicious food, there was a selfie with a friend as they stood in a shoe shop.
Princess showed off her envy-worthy hair which fell in curls all the way past her waist. She could be seen wearing a brown maxi dress as she held up the phone in front of her face. But a few of her followers had apparently suggested that the image had been edited after a tile line behind Princess appeared to be distorted.
"For the people commenting about the photo apparently being edited you can quite clearly see that it’s my hair and not the tiles," Princess hit back. And her protective and proud dad Peter had some advice for his daughter as he responded to her comment. He penned: "Sweetheart don’t get into the habit of worrying about what people say. Be you’re(sic) beautiful self and enjoy life."
@ang_63 said: "And many of her followers were quick to agree. great advice, people can be so cruel and there’s never any need, especially to a child. Ignore them as your Dad says." @reneeharvs06 commented: "Babe dont worry about what people r saying u look gorgeous regardless some people just like to moan you look stunning btw."
@cuteslothvibe wrote: "@officialprincess_andre Ignore the haters. You'll never please everyone and you don't have to, they are irrelevant. You look stunning. Glad you had a beautiful time." @kirstyc_xoxo shared: "@peterandre well done Pete! She is beautiful and doesn't need to worry about pathetic people."
Peter recently said in his OK! Magazine column that Princess wasn't looking forward to go back to school after the summer break. "Princess isn’t looking forward to going back as it’s GCSE year. It’s always a drag going back to work or school after a break, but once you get into the flow of it, the time goes so quickly."
But it sounds like she need not worry as proud Peter already gushed about his daughter's "brilliant" exam results. The 48-year-old said his eldest daughter had "worked hard" and got "great results" in her mock exams before the school holidays. The father-of-four admitted he was proud of Princess, and his son Junior, 17, for putting the effort into their recent tests.
Pete wrote in his previous OK! magazine column: "Princess got her mock GCSE results last week and she was pleased with how they went and will now be getting ready for the real thing next year. What I love is that I don’t have to tell her to do her homework, she really seems to want to work hard and to get great results. I’ve said the same thing to her that I said to Junior - if she puts in 100% effort for her exams then I don’t mind what her grades are."
