Pete Davidson has been warned about appearing on girlfriend Kim Kardashian's new reality TV show.
Kim, 41, and the rest of her famous family recorded 20 seasons of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, but now have a new similar show titled The Kardashians.
And while fans have been loving the opening of the first series, Kim's beau Pete, 28, has reportedly been warned to steer clear of being filmed for the show.
A source told Page Six how those closest to him have told him he doesn't need the programme and is better off staying well clear.
They said: "His career has taken off, what does he need this for?"
The Saturday Night Live star currently is involved in a number of projects, including a biopic about Joey Ramones and a romantic comedy which also stars SNL co-star Colin Jost.
While Pete is no stranger to dating fellow stars, his relationship with Kim is like no other as he normally keeps his goings-on on the down low.
The source explained: "Before he met Kim, no one knew what Pete was doing [all the time]."
And they went on to state that making an appearance on the family's hit reality shows could be a sure fire way to kill any chance of the relationship blossoming further.
The insider continued: "It’s a sure way to kill the relationship. Getting involved in the show decimates every man."
Other partners of the popular sisters have all struggled to keep things tight, such as Lamar Odom, Kris Humphries and Tristan Thompson.
According to reports, cameras filmed the premiere of The Kardashians in Los Angeles earlier in the month, which say Kim and Pete arrive together and stay by each other's side.
However, the SKIMS founder insists the pair are yet to film together.
She told Variety: "I’m not opposed to it. It’s just not what he does."
Kim had previously hinted to her fans that they'd find out on the new show exactly how her and Pete became an item, who reached out to who in the beginning, and a whole load of other juicy content.
It's been rumoured that any proposal Pete might be thinking of in the future will have to come via a signed document by Kim's mum and manager Kris Jenner.
A source told Heat Magazine : "Pete wants to propose, but he'll have to sign a contract. The way Kris sees it, Kim needs a partner who can work with the family and fit with their long-term goals.
"She wants Pete to agree to commit to the brand for the foreseeable future and give her total control over any decisions around marriage and children.
"She knows Pete will make a great son-in-law while being an asset to the Kardashian franchise, so she's already making arrangements for a proposal by early summer- possibly sooner. Kim's totally on board".
