Pete Davidson debuts tattoo-free look as Kim Kardashian fans hope for reunion

Kim Kardashian's fans are urging her to reunite with Pete Davidson after he’s revealed as the face of a new campaign.

The comedian, 31, stirred up attention on Tuesday by showing off his striking transformation—his body completely free of tattoos after spending a year and $200,000 to remove them.

On Tuesday, Reformation launched their Valentine’s Day campaign, featuring Davidson, who previously had nearly 200 tattoos and began the removal process in 2020, in a special role as the “official boyfriend.”

The campaign sent fans into a frenzy, with many taking to social media to call for Kardashian, 44, to rekindle their romance.

Remarking on the photoshoot, which went viral online, one fan penned: “If I'm Kim I'm calling him ASAP”.

“Now we know why Kim and Ariana liked you,” another shared. A third echoed: “He wants Kim back”.

A fourth commented: “Ooooo Pete!! He’s hitting his thirst trap era!”

“I think we all owe Kim K an apology,” another quipped.

The former couple first connected in November 2021 when they met on set during Kim's SNL hosting debut and began dating just a month later.

During the course of their nine-month relationship, Davidson got four tattoos dedicated to the SKIMS founder. However, after their split in August 2022,, he had them removed.

The couple cited their demanding schedules and long-distance relationship as the reason for the breakup, and by June 2023, Kardashian was referring to their relationship as a casual fling.

Davidson began the long and costly process of removing his extensive tattoo collection, which included Ruth Bader Ginsburg on his right shoulder, Hillary Clinton on his right leg and several dedicated to his firefighter father, Scott Davidson, who died in the 9/11 terrorist attacks, over four years ago, as part of his sobriety journey.

Earlier this month, the Bodies Bodies Bodies star appeared on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon and provided an update on his tattoos, revealing that he’d been “burning them off.”

He told the American TV host: “They're almost gone.”

Saying of the removal process: “It's horrible. It's worse [than getting a tattoo]. They gotta burn off a layer of your skin, and then it has to heal for six to eight weeks and you can't get in the sunlight.

“And then you gotta do it like 12 more times. So really think about that Game of Thrones tattoo.”

When asked whether he planned to keep any of his inkings, Davidson said he saw himself only leaving “two or three” and removing all of the others.

“I'm trying to clean slate it, trying to be an adult,” he said.
