An animal psychic has revealed how we can all learn to communicate with our pets in five simple steps.
Psychic medium, Beth Lee-Crowther, 52, from Worcestershire, is well-known for appearing on ITV's This Morning and showcasing her telepathic abilities with animals.
Following her recent book launch, Beth is sharing her most fond memories communicating with pets, the first time she discovered her telepathy and her expert method on how to talk to dogs.
She told The Mirror : "I've been able to hear animal's thoughts and feelings since I was the age of three. I could hear a voice in my own mind but I knew it was coming from my pet.

"They'd tell me their likes and dislikes, what food they wanted and if they required anything like a trip to the vets.
"I used to think everyone experienced it, then when I got older, I realised that other people don't understand animals in the same way."
Beth recalled her first trip to a pet shop with her dad, when she went to buy a rabbit.
She said: "I could see a tiny Dutch black and white rabbit in the window, and I could hear him saying 'take me home'."
Beth had cats, rescue dogs, ponies and horses growing up, and found it most interesting hearing about what the rescued dogs had been through.
Her family and friends weren't surprised when she became a professional animal communicator 20 years ago, and she says her partner Nigel is incredibly proud.
Beth has devised her own method, called Psychic Animal Communication Technique (PACT), that helps you get into the right state of mind to communicate with animals.
Step 1: Calm your mind
Start by calming your mind with a meditation. Take a deep breath in through your nose, hold it for a slow count of seven, then breathe out through your mouth. Do this three times.
Step 2: Tap your third eye
With your eyes open, take your middle finger and place it on your intuitive third eye in the centre of your forehead. Now tap this point with your fingertip gently seven times.
Raise your eyes upwards, slowly close them and imagine yourself in a familiar place that you love, such as at the beach, in a field, by a river or even in your own home.
Step 3: Focus on your pet
Think of the animal you want to communicate with. If the animal is with you, or you have a photograph or a description, open your eyes to look at it for a few moments. Within your mind, say their name three times and ask them to join you.
Step 4: Ask them questions
Formulate the questions you want to ask, such as, ‘How are you feeling?’ The answers may sound like your own voice in your mind, or may be a vision or thought. You may sense an emotion, a strong gut feeling, or even catch the scent of an aroma.
All the thoughts to flow between you. Do not try to force anything.
Step 5: Perform gratitude
At the end, before you open your eyes, mentally thank the animal. You may may see them leaving your familiar place in your mind’s eye, or, if the animal is present in the same physical space, you may feel their energy subtly pulling away from you.
Beth added: "I am so grateful to everyone who has supported me and already purchased a book. If anyone is using the book and feels stuck, they can reach out for help.
"Our animals have so much to share with us about their lives, our own lives and the meaning of life. They can make predictions about the future and offer guidance where needed.
"I firmly believe that all humans were born with psychic abilities and you just need to know how to use them."
