Perth Wildcats coach John Rillie is confident he has a Championship-winning squad at his disposal after re-signing with the NBL club for a further three years.
Rillie's new deal means he is locked in until the end of the 2027/28 campaign.
The 52-year-old led the Wildcats to the semi-finals last season in what was his second year in charge, and there are high hopes Perth can win their 11th Championship this campaign.
"We have constructed a roster with a championship in mind," Rillie said in a statement.
"Retaining a large part of last year's group was huge. The pieces we have added should really compliment the guys returning.
"To have the support of ownership and the front office is paramount in achieving long-term success.
"It's exciting to be able to continue to grow what we have been building over the last couple years."
New Wildcats owner Mark Arena said it was an easy decision to re-sign Rillie.
"We're rapt to have 'JR' continuing on," Arena said. "His passion and energy for the job is second to none and we know he's the man to take us forward after putting the building blocks in place during his first two seasons in charge."
Perth begin their season at home to South East Melbourne Phoenix at RAC Arena on Friday night as part of the NBL's HoopsFest round.
