Person kicked out of Kevin Bridges Hydro show after fight breaks out for second time in a week

A person had to be kicked out of last night's Kevin Bridges show after a fight broke out in the crowd.

It comes after a similar incident which took place at another of the comedian's sell-out shows at the OVO Hydro earlier in the week, on Thursday night.

Gig-goers reported a 'scrap' taking place in a section of the crowd during last night's performance and a spokesperson for the SEC this morning confirmed a ticketholder was ejected.

They told Glasgow Live: “The individual in question was removed as soon as our team became aware of the situation, as is standard practice.”

It's understood Police Scotland were not made aware of the incident.

The much-loved Scottish comic is due to perform 16 separate shows at the Hydro throughout September, with extra tickets being made available last month after the initial batch had been sold out.

Plenty of people have taken to Twitter to praise Bridges for his performance, and for his reaction to the 'brawl' in the crowd last night.

One person said: "Absolutely howling, 2/2 shows someones been papped out for fighting, what a riddy!! People make Glasgow.

"Kevin Bridges was outstanding though."

Someone else commented: "Amazing show at the OVO Hydro last night. Kevin Bridges was hilarious.

"Not laughed like that for a long time. The two support acts were great too".
