Guardiola says Bernardo will stay at City this summer
Pep Guardiola has said that Bernardo Silva will stay at Manchester City this summer.
The Portugal international has been chased by Barcelona for the majority of the transfer window, while reports this week also suggested that Paris Saint-Germain have made a bid. Guardiola refused to rule out that the player could leave when asked about him at Camp Nou.

However, the City coach started his pre-match press conference before the Crystal Palace game by saying that Bernardo will not be leaving. While there are days left where clubs could bid for the player, the manager made it clear that it would not be an option for City to lose the star.

City are waiting to see how many players will be missing with injury when they take on Crystal Palace.
With Aymeric Laporte already sidelined, Kyle Walker partnered Ruben Dias in central defence for the charity game with Barcelona in midweek, with Nathan Ake not fit enough for the squad after being forced off with a groin injury at Newcastle.
John Stones only played the second half in a decision that surely means he starts on Saturday - probably alongside Dias - but depth is a concern for Pep Guardiola .
