A lucky Leeds street has won up to £3,000 playing the People’s Postcode Lottery.
The 20 daily prize winners were announced this morning (Sunday). Residents in LS27 8ER Heron Court, in Morley, were among the winners.
Other postcodes in Yorkshire also won the jackpot, This included streets in North Ferriby near Hull, Wakefield and York.

Everyday people have a chance to win £1,000 playing the People’s Postcode Lottery but the jackpot doubles to £2,000 if they play with two tickets and it goes up to £3,000 if they play with three tickets.
A minimum of 32 per cent of ticket sales goes directly to charities and players of People’s Postcode Lottery have raised over £600 million to date for thousands of good causes in Britain and beyond.
The FOUR Yorkshire streets announced as today’s lucky winners are:
- HU14 3PA - W Leys Rd, Swanland, East Yorkshire
- LS27 8ER - Heron Court, Morley, Leeds
- WF3 4PR - Firth Close, Stanley, Wakefield
