Guy Last Recruitment is looking for estate agents who are willing to relocate to Dubai where they can get tax-free earnings of over £150,000.
The basic salary is around £60,000 but the recruiter adds sales consultants can earn over £150,000 after bonuses.

They also stress they are not just looking for people with experience as an estate agent - but will consider candidates from all industries with sales experience.
The recruiter also expects all candidates to be committed and motivated, come from a targeted sales background, and be ambitious and money driven.
As a sales consultant in Dubai, you can expect 50-60% commission split on gross sales revenue, with tax-free earnings of over £150,000 a year.

General duties for a sales consultant will be booking appointments to see clients about their Dubai properties, offering advice and market education on the value and making regular courtesy calls to clients.
They will also have to negotiate with prospective clients making sure the price is acceptable to both parties, while always keeping up-to-date with the Dubai property market.
