People can't stop crying as 'amazing' mum found dead on couch

ECHO readers say they 'can't stop crying' after reading about a young mum who was found dead next to her three-year-old daughter.

Nicole Barnes was at her home, in Huyton, with her youngest child when she died. The mum-of-four was found after her children's school rang her partner Craig Galloway to say they had not been collected. When the 29-year-old was discovered, her friend attempted to resuscitate her until paramedics arrived.

Nicole, who was described as an "amazing mum", leaves behind her partner Craig and their four children, Niamh, 10, Scott, seven , Tom, five and Delilah who is three.

The family don't know how she died and won't find out until the autopsy is finished. And now ECHO readers have reacted to the "heartbreaking" news.

Tracey McClure said: "Absolutely heartbreaking such a beautiful young lady and her poor partner and children, RIP beautiful."

Liz Hunter said: "My sincere condolences to the family and friends, her poor children, so young to deal and cope with the loss of their beautiful mum. Heartbreaking so sad. RIP Nicole, far too young to have your angel wings. God bless."

Charlie Summer Laterr said: " Thinking of all of her family and friends in this hard time. This is truly devastating. I'm heartbroken for her beautiful babies and her partner. Can't stop crying, this is utterly heartbreaking. I am so sorry."

Emma Garcia said: "Oh Nic, the most loveliest girl, the most amazing mummy, everyone is heartbroken. Love you."

Jane Thompson said: " So heartbreaking will always be remembered as the beautiful girl and mummy she was. R.I.P Nicole thinking of your mum Dawn and all the family."

Stella Lisa said: "This is so tragic and devastating. So young with so much life to live. Rest in peace my prayers and thoughts are with your children and family. God Bless."

Nicole's closest friends have organised a "fundraiser cup" in her memory to raise money for her four children. It will take place at 12pm on Saturday, October, 15. It will be hosted on the King George V Playing Fields on Longview lane, Huyton.
