The Pentagon has issued a statement indicating that there will be no new restrictions on Ukraine's utilization of American weaponry in response to the presence of North Korean soldiers in Russia potentially joining the conflict.

In a recent development, the Department of Defense confirmed a $425 million aid package for Ukraine, comprising supplies and weapons such as missiles and artillery ammunition to bolster its defense against Russian forces.

Addressing concerns about the implications of U.S. weapons being used against North Korean soldiers, Pentagon Deputy Press Secretary emphasized that if North Korean troops engage in combat alongside Russian forces, they are considered co-belligerents in the conflict.

The Pentagon estimates that approximately 10,000 North Korean soldiers have entered Russia, with a portion of them moving closer to the Ukrainian border in the Kursk Oblast region.

Pentagon Press Secretary highlighted the significance of these troop movements, suggesting that Russia's recruitment of foreign soldiers reflects the strain on its manpower due to significant casualties sustained in the ongoing conflict.

The Pentagon continues to closely monitor the situation and engage with Ukrainian partners and allies to assess the evolving dynamics of the conflict.
