A pensioner has died after a horror single-car crash in Shankill.
Gardai and emergency services rushed to the scene of the fatal crash which happened today at 1:30pm on Corbawn Lane.
The elderly man, in his 80s, was the driver and sole occupant of the car

He was brought to St. Vincent's Hospital, where he was pronounced dead a short time later.
The road is currently closed for forensic investigations to take place.
Gardai are now appealing for witnesses and drivers with dash cam footage to come forward.
A garda spokesman said: "Gardaí are investigating a fatal single vehicle road traffic collision which occurred on Corbawn Lane, Shankill Dublin 18, this afternoon Thursday 23rd March, 2022.
"The collision involved a car and occurred at approximately 1:30pm. The male driver (80s) and sole occupant was critically injured in the collision. He was removed to St. Vincents Hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
"The road is currently closed and the services of Forensic Collision Investigators have been requested. Local diversions are in place.
"Gardaí are appealing for any witnesses to this collision to come forward. Any road users who were travelling in the area at the time and may have camera footage (including dash-cam) are asked to make this footage available to Gardaí.
