PEDESTRIAN vs MAFS: Darlings, Drinking Games And Supposed Break-Ups

After a whole season of tomfoolery from Married At First Sight (MAFS) couple Jacqui Burfoot and Ryan Donnoley, it looks like their relationship has finally come to an end. Well, at least, they made it seem that way during this week’s dinner party.

For many couples, homestay week is make or break. Some, like Rhi Disljenkovic and Jeff Gobbells, go from strength to strength after testing how their relationship will go in the real world. For others — like Ryan and Jacqui and Beth Kelly and Teejay Halkias — homestay week reveals the significant weaknesses in their relationship.

Naturally, like all MAFS drama, this played out at the dinner party in front of everyone and boy, was it explosive. Beth tore Teejay a new one for giving her some spicy mixed messages while the other brides and grooms watched on in support.

Meanwhile, Ryan realises that he is done with trying to live up to Jacqui’s admittedly high standards. By the end of the night, they have a conversation which makes it seem like their relationship is all but donezo.

Although we are constantly writing articles about this god-forsaken show, the PEDESTRIAN.TV team still spend a ridiculous amount of time yapping about MAFS plotlines.

So, instead of simply gossiping (and writing many articles) about it, our MAFS experts — Rebekah Manibog and Laura Masia  — decided to watch it along with you this season.

From the most outrageous statements to the moments that make us truly believe in love, we’re here with you to break it down with a new episode of PEDESTRIAN vs MAFS each week.
