A man has died after being hit by a bus near a popular pub in Finnieston.
Emergency services were called to Argyle Street, near to Gray Street and the Park Bar, around 12.05am on Monday morning.
A 39-year-old pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene. The 44-year-old male driver of the Volvo bus and his passengers were uninjured.

Police remained on the scene carrying out enquiries until around 5am and are now appealing for any witnesses to come forward.
Sergeant Nicholas Twigg from the Divisional Road Policing Unit at Govan said: “Our thoughts are with the family and friends of the man who has died.
“We are carrying out enquiries to establish the circumstances and the cause of the crash.
“I would urge any witnesses, or anyone with information or personal footage that may assist our investigation to contact 101 quoting reference number 0008 of 5 June.”
