The cross-examination of Pecker by the Trump attorney has concluded. Pecker stated, 'I’ve been truthful to the best of my recollection,' to Bove.
During the closing cross-examination, it was confirmed that the district attorney's office will ultimately determine whether Pecker has upheld his end of the immunity agreement.
Prosecutor Joshua Steinglass is now set to continue with redirecting the questioning.
