A swimming pool for dogs is available in Dealz nationwide - and it’s a pawfect way of keeping them cool during the heatwave.
Weather experts have warned parts of Ireland could hit highs of 30 degrees - just three short of the highest ever recorded. The mercury hit a record 33.3 degrees in Kilkenny Castle in 1887 which has not been exceeded since - though there were some close calls last July when 31.3 degrees was recorded in Armagh and Tyrone.

A TikTok uploaded by Dublin woman @haylsj96 showed her dog enjoying his splash around.
She said: “Don’t walk, run to Dealz for this doggy pool.”
She put a hose in the pool and it sprinkled out water, she said it’s: “actually so cool for hot days.” Then she put her dog in, but unfortunately, her dog “hated it”.
