The estranged husband of Paul Walker’s daughter, Meadow Rain, has responded to her divorce petition by requesting spousal support as per their pre-marital agreement. Meadow, 25, filed for divorce on Feb. 15 citing 'irreconcilable differences' as the reason for their split. The couple had a prenuptial agreement in place since Oct. 14, 2021.
In her filing, Meadow specified that she does not want Thornton-Allan to receive spousal support. The date of separation was listed as January 3, 2024, which was not contested by her ex. The couple got married in the Dominican Republic in October 2021, with Meadow's godfather Vin Diesel walking her down the aisle.
The intimate celebration was described by Meadow as 'perfect and personal,' with the couple knowing exactly what they wanted from the start. Due to pandemic-related travel restrictions, many close friends and family members were unable to attend the ceremony.
The separation was confirmed by Meadow and Thornton-Allan in a December 2023 Instagram post, emphasizing that it was a mutual decision made amicably. They expressed their continued love and respect for each other and requested privacy during this time.
