Ex-Leeds United goalkeeper Paul Robinson believes his former side should follow a similar path to Arsenal by keeping faith in Jesse Marsch.
Leeds headed into their game against Leicester City chasing a first victory since August. Their defeat against Arsenal on Sunday represented a fourth defeat in six games (D2) - a run which saw Leeds score just four times.
Despite Leeds failing to translate performances into results, Robinson has been impressed by the intensity shown under Marsch, and has urged Leeds to show the same belief in the American that Arsenal have with Mikel Arteta.

"He is infectious," Robinson observed on Amazon Prime. "The thing he has picked up from Marcelo is the intensity but with a purpose in his way. Teams were able to pick off Leeds, but Jesse has demanded them to keep that intensity and the same press off the players.
"The greatest gift you can give a manager is time, look at Mikel Arteta at Arsenal. He has earned the right to have that time. The biggest thing for owners is staying in this league, it is huge.
"Some owners see the panic button and the only way to press that panic button is by making a change but as you have seen at Arsenal, they have gone through those times and are reaping the benefits.
"If a coach is good enough, let him work. It is a real strength as a football club to go through adversity and show some trust in the manager."
Mikel Arteta missed out on the top four in each of his first two full seasons at Arsenal but was provided with the time to transform them into a force to be reckoned with.
The Gunners now sit at the summit of the Premier League after winning nine of their opening 10 games for only the second time in their history.
