Manchester United star Paul Pogba could hand Tottenham a massive boost to their summer transfer plans ahead of next season.
Spurs look set to secure Champions League football for next season after moving two points clear of north London rivals Arsenal into fourth place. The financial benefits come with the added appeal to players that they can play in Europe's elite competition which could see bigger names and better quality players arrive at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium this summer.
Paul Pogba is being heavily linked with a return to Juventus which could see Spurs make a move for the Old Lady's American midfielder Weston McKennie, after already poaching Rodrigo Bentancur and Dejan Kulusevski from Turin in January. McKennie is reportedly a transfer target for Antonio Conte's side as the Italian looks to strengthen his squad ahead of next season.

According to reports in Italy, should Pogba return to Juve it could push McKennie out of the club. The USMNT international has struggled for game time after suffering an ankle injury in February with Juventus open to offers for the former Schalke midfielder.
Paris Saint-Germain are rumoured to be leading the race for Pogba's signature due to the financial power they have over Juventus, but a return to Turin is not off the cards. Spurs are expected to back Conte in the transfer market as they look to build on their impressive performances since the 52-year-old replaced Nuno Espirito Santo back in November.
McKennie's contract with Juve runs until 2025 but the return of Pogba could see the Old Lady part ways with the American midfielder for a cut-price fee. Conte is keen to add competition and quality to the midfield of his Spurs' squad, with John McGinn also rumoured to be a target.
