The personal trainer of Paul Pogba has confirmed the star midfielder will leave Manchester United at the end of the season.
The France international’s deal at Old Trafford expires this June and he has been free to speak to rival clubs since January 1.
The club’s interim boss Ralf Rangnick has all but confirmed that Pogba will leave Old Trafford at the end of the season for pastures new.
A contract offer from United to Pogba has been on the table since last summer but talks have come to a standstill and the player is said to be delaying any decision over his future until the end of the campaign.
That could mean that the 28-year-old – the club’s record signing at £89million – could leave United as a free agent for the second time in his career, having joined Juventus in similar circumstances in 2012.

Pogba’s former club Juve and Paris Saint-Germain may be among those in the running to sign the midfielder and are likely to be monitoring his contractual situation in England.
The Frenchman’s personal trainer, referred to as ‘Coach Maddy’, has spoken to Italian outlet Calciomercato, as cited by Sport Witness, to all but confirm his client’s future.
The trainer was asked if he knew anything about the future of the United midfielder, and he believed that his future lay away from Old Trafford.
Coach Maddy explained: “Regarding Pogba, at the end of June he will no longer be a Manchester United player.
“I think it is right for him to look elsewhere, perhaps Manchester also wants to renew themselves and the most sensible thing is to separate.
“The time will come to change and try new challenges, new emotions, new environments for both Pogba and Manchester, to try something different and maybe they will both be happy.
“Right now I think he’s enjoying himself, they have a good team, especially since Ronaldo decided to return.
“The problem is that the results don’t come.
“A top player doesn’t waste his time on minor competitions, he wants to be motivated to play for ambitious trophies.”
Separately, Il Bianconero quotes the personal trainer as adding that a return to the Bianconeri was definitely a possibility for Pogba.
“Yes yes. Paul can return to Juve, he has good relations with the Bianconeri but he could also be at PSG.,” he added.
“I think PSG needs a midfielder like him and he could go and play in France.
“At Real Madrid I would exclude him because there is no longer Zidane, he would have gone only in that case. Juve or PSG at the moment, but you never know what can happen, we’ll see.”
Pogba has a tremendous CV, winning four Serie A titles, three domestic cups, the World Cup, Nations League and several other trophies during his career.
But he's failed to impress since United re-signed him for a club-record fee in the summer of 2016, winning just two major honours and none since 2017.
