Paul Pogba reacts to Jadon Sancho's stunning start at Chelsea with one-word post

Former Manchester United star Paul Pogba has reacted to Jadon Sancho's impressive start to life at Chelsea.

Sancho moved to Stamford Bridge from United in a loan-to-buy deal to end an underwhelming and unhappy spell up north, and has hit the ground running in London.

The young forward has notched an assist in each of his three appearances for Chelsea thus far, and saw a first goal for his new club ruled out for offside against Brighton on Saturday.

Sancho has become the third Chelsea player to get an assist in each of his first three Premier League games for the club, matching Eden Hazard and Cesc Fabregas.

To mark the occasion, which also saw him win a penalty for Cole Palmer to convert, Sancho posted on Instagram. It read: "Solid performance from the boys, have a great weekend, Blues."

Pogba, who played with Sancho at United, replied with a simple one-word message of: "him".

Sancho appears to be thriving away from United, with new manager Enzo Maresca saying earlier in September: "I have a feeling that Jadon is a guy that needs love. This is what I think when I spoke with him before he join us.

"Also I know he has the desire to show the player he is, but for me, it is just to enjoy football. This is the reason why they play. They are happy and want to play football, they want to enjoy football and then because they are good, they are going to do good things."
