Paul Pogba in Manchester United transfer exit latest as midfielder 'effectively gone' amid PSG escape route

PSG have made an offer to out-of-contract Manchester United star Paul Pogba as he looks set to depart the English Premier League.

Terms of the French deal are believed to be lower than the Red Devils' final attempt to keep him at the club, according to the Manchester Evening News.

The 29-year-old is open to the offer from the Ligue 1 side but his preferred destination is former side Juventus.

Real Madrid were also keen but the La Liga giants have stepped off since French icon Zinedine Zidane's exit as boss.

Pogba initially joined Juventus in 2012 after his first spell at Old Trafford came to an end, re-joining in 2016.

He's made 24 appearances this term amid a string of fitness concerns as Ralf Ragnick's team scrap for a Champions League spot.

Sources within the Manchester United camp says the French international is 'effectively 'gone' and has been planning his exit for most of the season.

In response to his exit, a midfielder will be targeted by the EPL giants this summer.
