This is one Paul O'Grady TV moment that we all completely forgot about.
The Birkenhead born presenter and comedian sadly passed away last night, leading many fans to reminisce about his outstanding TV career to honour his memory. Throughout his career, he hosted The Paul O'Grady Show, Blind Date and Blankety Blank, as well as ITV's multi-award-winning For The Love Of Dogs. He also hosted ITV celebrity game show, Paul O'Grady's Saturday Night Line Up.
But, there's one iconic TV moment that many people might not remember. Paul O'Grady actually made a cameo appearance in an episode of Doctor Who way back in 2008.

He appeared in 'The Stolen Earth', the penultimate episode of the fourth series of the show, and the first of a two-part epic showdown with the Daleks. In the episode, Earth has been stolen by the Daleks, and many viewers will remember the memorable shots of a London skyline overshadowed by extra moons and planets.
In his cameo, Paul in a mock episode of The Paul O'Grady Show, joking about the situation. The clip reflects what many fans loved about Paul, his ability to make people laugh, even when speaking about more serious issues.
Sharing the sad news, Andre Portasio, Paul's husband, said: "It is with great sadness that I inform you that Paul has passed away unexpectedly but peacefully yesterday evening. We ask, at this difficult time, that whilst you celebrate his life you also respect our privacy as we come to terms with this loss.
"He will be greatly missed by his loved ones, friends, family, animals and all those who enjoyed his humour, wit and compassion. I know that he would want me to thank you for all the love you have shown him over the years."
