Paul O'Grady returned to ITV with a one-off special this evening.
The animal lover had a guest host with him as Love For Dogs helped many furry friends at Battersea Dogs and Cats Home. Her Majesty, The Queen Consort joined Paul as together they met Reggie the dog at Clarence House.
Reggie was an eight-year-old giant Schnauzer with a life-threatening gastric issue - looking for a forever home in time for Christmas.

Ahead of the show, Paul seemed shocked at the timing as he called it "odd" but went on to describe the show as "a nice episode with some nice stories". He added that he is currently in Thailand, busy filming another project. The ITV special was filmed earlier in the year, when Her Majesty was still The Duchess of Cornwall.
Sharing the show announcement on Instagram, the 67-year-old presenter said: " Thanks to Malcolm Prince for reminding me that this is on ITV on Monday 19th at 9pm. Personally I think this is an odd time to show it but even if I say so myself it’s a nice episode with some great stories.
"I’m still in Thailand filming, tomorrow I’ve got tigers and a baby monkey so I’m up early. Hope it’s not freezing over there. #pogdogs @malprin @battersea @itv."
But fans and famous friends thought that him pairing up with a royal could mean that there is a knighthood in his future as they all made the same demand - For Paul to become a "Sir".
Liverpool's Pete Price said: " Incredible, knighthood next x". Another user said: " It should be Sir Paul" followed by a love heart emoji.
Kelly said: "Many of us are still upset that you still haven't got a knighthood yet which you rightful deserve, if you don't get it next year I think the public should demand you get one."
