The Premier League season will draw to a close on Sunday afternoon with the title winner set to be confirmed. Both Liverpool and Manchester City remain in contention heading into the final day.
Just a single point separates them in the table but Pep Guardiola's side hold the advantage and a win will secure them a second consecutive title. Liverpool will need to beat Wolves and hope City slip up.
The Reds welcome Wolves to Anfield, while City are in action at the Etihad against Steven Gerrard 's Aston Villa. Liverpool will hope their former captain and club legend can have a say in the matter.

Pundits have shared their predictions for both games and named who they expect to be lifting the trophy on Sunday.
Mark Lawrenson, BBC Sport
Former Red Mark Lawrenson doesn't expect Jurgen Klopp's side to clinch the title on Sunday, despite the belief they'll get a comfortable win over Wolves. He insists the main focus should be a 'send off' before the Champions League final on May 28.
He told BBC Sport: "A win won't be enough for the Reds to win the title unless Manchester City drop points against Aston Villa, but I don't think the mood will be low at Anfield if they miss out - in fact, there is no chance of that happening.
"No-one expects them to win the title, and they will get a brilliant reception on their lap of honour for winning the FA Cup and Carabao Cup. The main thing though is the send off they will get before the Champions League final in Paris the following weekend - everyone knows that is the chance to end a brilliant season on a massive high."
Lawrenson cited City's incredible record as the reason Liverpool won't pip them to the title and he doesn't see a situation where they drop points. He added: "City have lost once in the Premier League since the end of October - that's how good they are. It's a similar story with Liverpool too, and both teams are simply miles ahead of everyone else.
"So, if there is any sort of setback for City or indeed Liverpool during Sunday's games - let's just say one of them is a goal down at half-time - you know they are both capable of recovering from it and finding a response. I don't see that scenario even happening though.
"We know how good this City team is, and I fully expect them to go on and clinch the title without another wobble like the one we saw at West Ham."

Liverpool 2-0 Wolves
Paul Merson, Sports Keeda
Former Arsenal star Paul Merson expects both Liverpool and City to win their respective games. He did, however, warn that Guardiola's side have left themselves 'too open' in recent weeks.
He told SportsKeeda: "I've been involved with the beautiful game for far too long to think of this as a foregone conclusion, but I genuinely don't think Villa will have enough to beat Manchester City. That said, City have been guilty of leaving themselves open at the back in recent weeks.
"Villa have the likes of Ollie Watkins, Danny Ings and Philippe Coutinho, who are all dangerous players in their own right."
He doesn't expect the Reds to fall at the final hurdle, even without some of their big hitters including Fabinho and possibly Mohamed Salah. Merson added: You don't come this far in a Premier League title race only to falter at the final hurdle, so I think Liverpool will win this one comfortably.
"They should be able to win this one even without the services of Salah and Virgil van Dijk, who were both withdrawn prematurely in the FA Cup final against Chelsea."

Liverpool 3-0 Wolves
Michael Owen, BetVictor
Another former Red Michael Owen can't see Liverpool dropping points at home to Wolves, but he has concerns over Villa's defence and can't see them keeping a clean sheet at the Etihad.
He told BetVictor: "All Liverpool can do is win their game and see what happens at the Etihad. Wolves are another side who are finishing the season poorly. They had a really strong run over the Christmas months, but the form since then hasn’t been great.
"I’ve got to pick Liverpool in this one. I think there’s no chance they don’t get the win and put some pressure on City.
"(In the other game) Villa have a lot of quality in attacking areas and should cause City a few problems here. I worry about them at the back, I can see City scoring a few.
"I don’t see City slipping up here. They hardly ever drop points at home, I think they’ll win this by a few goals."
