West Ham United women's manager Paul Konchesky wants to see more of his players kick on and be called up to their international squads.
Off the back of a successful UEFA Women's European Championships in the summer where England beat Germany 2-1 in the final, the women's game in Britain has grown.
More Women's Super League clubs are playing in men's stadiums, with last Saturday seeing more than 52,000 fans pack the Emirates Stadium for the North London derby between Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur.

Ex-Hammer Rachel Daly was a part of the winning Lionesses squad while Dagný Brynjarsdóttir represented Iceland and Hawa Cissoko played for France.
For Konchesky, a successful team will see more of his players play on the international stage and that's his aim going forward.
“Off the back of the Euros it’s massive now,” Konchesky told The Athletic. “You’re going to see more people turn out for women’s football. Just look at the crowds they were getting. There’s one way it’s going off the back of that and the publicity they’re getting now is going to get bigger and bigger.
“We had some girls at the Euros for different countries. There are opportunities there for us, with our squad, to kick on. It’s been massive since the summer and it’s not just had an impact on my squad, but everyone else.”
