Summer Monteys-Fullam entered the limelight when she started dating The Great British Bake Off judge, Paul Hollywood.
However, the 25-year-old model's relationship with the TV chef, 55, came to a 'disastrous' end last year, catapulting the beauty straight back into the single life.
However, Summer's dating life is far from boring as she's said she's far from short of male attention - but that choosing the right man is tough, and that she'd rather stay single until she finds "Prince Charming".
Speaking to The Sun, Summer said: "I love being single but I do want to find my prince charming."
When asked if she ever received any inappropriate messages online, she replied: "I have a lot of that. I mean I had it more when I first became single.
"I’d have someone say, 'we’ve got the same dog' or 'we’ve got the same horse'.
"And sometimes when I press to see the image or accept it and then all of a sudden it’s not the same...it’s not a similar dog or similar horse. It’s not the same. It's actually d*** pics."
The former barmaid said she receives rude messages and explicit photos on a daily basis, whether it be from total strangers or fans, and she claims that she's even had celebrities slide into her DMs - but declined to say who.
When asked what she looked for in a man, Summer said she has a "strange type", with the likes of Prince Harry and Tom Hardy 'ticking all her boxes'.
However, confirming she was not attached to anyone currently, the model made it clear that she was in no rush to be pinned down.
"I’ve had people slide into my DMs but I’m not dating at the moment. I’m open to dating," she explained.
And Summer is using her freedom to keep busy and work on herself.
She is currently learning how to administer Botox and filler at Salford's Cosmetic Couture Clinic - the same clinic where TOWIE's Lauren Goodger learned the skills.
Speaking of her training, she said: "It’s going amazing, I’m actually really surprised at how well it’s done.
"I’m my own boss and I’ve got my own business, I’m really proud of that.
"I want to make a mega-business, I’m my own boss, where I can employ my own people, I want to be the best," Summer continued.
"Keep building my business, carry on doing that because it makes me happy and buy a house this year.
"I am slowly looking and I’m getting everything in order and slowly looking for my home."
Summer is also certainly not short of company, as she spends a lot of time with her nine horses - which she also credits with helping her maintain her toned physique, among other aspects of her active lifestyle.
She said: "I do running and cardio and some fitness. I did have a personal trainer and I’ve got to get another one.
"What makes me sexy is my confidence - and just being happy."
