Paul Hollywood’s ex-girlfriend has been inundated with offers to appear on reality TV shows after splitting from The Great British Bake Off star.
Summer Monteys-Fullam is being flooded with requests from producers desperate to land the barmaid for dating shows and reality series.
But the 24-year-old, who spoke out about feeling “betrayed” after she was “thrown under a bus” by 53-year-old Paul, insisted she wouldn’t appear on Love Island.

An industry insider said: “Summer is hot property. She clearly isn’t afraid of speaking her mind – and producers know she would make great TV.
“There have been some very interesting offers made but Summer is still getting over a difficult break-up, so it’s unlikely she will commit to anything so soon.”
After Paul reportedly told Summer to “f*** off back on that horse you rode in on”, she joked that she had “rode into the sunset with a middle finger held high”.

Summer moved out of Paul’s Kent home last week, ending the couple’s two-year relationship.
His lawyer confirmed he asked Summer to sign a non-disclosure agreement “to protect Paul’s family and their private lives” but she declined.
Paul is divorcing his ex-wife Alexandra, who he split with in 2017.
