Did you miss PG?
The seven-time all-star forward returned to the court on Tuesday night against the Jazz and sliced them up in the same way he did last postseason en route to the Clippers’ first-ever Western Conference Finals.
The stat line — 34 points, six assists, six threes and four steals.
Whew.
Twenty-six of George’s 34 points came in the second half as the Clippers rallied back from a 25-point deficit to defeat the Jazz, who have now lost five straight games. The comeback win marks the fourth time this season that LA has come back to win a game after trailing by 24 or more points.

PG’s dominance on Tuesday should serve as a bit of a warning to the rest of the play-in and playoff crowd. George returned to action after missing 43 games and there could be others to follow shortly. ESPN’s Ohm Youngmisuk reported Tuesday that Clippers’ guard Norman Powell could be back practicing in 7-10 days, leaving the door open for a return before the play-in game.
Could the Clippers hit the trifecta and get Kawhi Leonard back at some point? Who knows. But if he does, watch out.

Until then, it’s the Paul George show.
