Patsy Palmer has shared a hilarious throwback clip of an intense fitness video where she worked up a sweat alongside a half-naked Louie Spence.
The EastEnders star turned DJ, who now lives in Los Angeles with her family, has headed into self-isolation as California locks down as a result of coronavirus.
Taking to social media, the 47-year-old actress re-posted the entertaining fitness regime to encourage her fans to stay healthy whilst being stuck indoors.
"Me & @louiespence in Ibiza doing the ibiza workout. Wish I had a copy now!!!!!!" she wrote alongside the two Instagram story clips.
The videos was used as an example of ways that people can stay busy at home whilst governments around the world order citizens to stay indoors.
Patsy, who recently starred in the Masked Singer, has been very active on social media in relation to the coronavirus pandemic.
Alongside several stories where she announced she would be setting up her DJ decks and playing live on social media, she also posted some jokes about the pandemic and shared positive outlooks on global isolation.

"Planet 'go to your room,'" she wrote, before announcing that she had made up the joke.
"Replace anxiety with excitement," she wrote in another Instagram story which reveals that the planet has 'time to breathe' as humans stay at home.
On March 20, she stepped out with her family for some much-needed time in nature and headed to the seaside.
"@richardmerkell & Bertie. Social distance never felt better . So grateful for open space, fresh air , nature & water," she captioned the natural pic.
Patsy and her husband Richard share a stunning Malibu home with kids Fenton, 19, Emilie, 18 and Bertie, eight.
