Patsy Kensit reckons there's three tricks to keep you looking your best as she approaches a big birthday.
The actress will be 60 in five years and says she's "looking forward" to celebrating her sixth decade.
Revealing she's up for doing a skydive to mark the big day, the mum-of-two has shared her tips for staying youthful in the meantime as she opens up about her diet.
Explaining her approach to food and alcohol, Patsy said she 'enjoys drinking, but also enjoys not drinking', adding: "I eat three times a day, won't eat after 8pm and drink lots of water."
She also revealed she never has hot drinks, but does succumb to a diet coke every now and then.
The actress is a big fan of meditation, which she studied in Thailand and also told Best magazine she doesn't watch YouTube before going to bed.
As she approaches 60, Patsy revealed how her life has changed in 40 years. Sharing details of her more tranquil routine, she said: "I had a few late nights in the nineties, but now I'm in bed by 9pm."
Patsy has a lot on her plate at the moment, having recently wrapped on EastEnders, reportedly filming for BBC's Death in Paradise - and planning a wedding.
The Birds Eye Peas star took to Instagram earlier this year to share some stunning photos of a sunset proposal - which saw business mogul Patric Cassidy, 58, surprise her on the beach.
The EastEnders actress has been married and divorced four times.
In 1988, she married Dan Donovan of the band Big Audio Dynamite, but they divorced in 1991.
In 1992, she wed Jim Kerr, lead singer of Simple Minds. During her second marriage, she gave birth to her first child, a son named James, in 1993
In April 1997, Patsy and Liam Gallagher got hitched before the actress welcomed their son, Lennon in 1999. The couple divorced in 2000 before Patsy married DJ Jeremy Healy, who she split up with in 2010.
Sharing more details about her upcoming 60th, Patsy said she may be a grandmother by then as her sons get older.
However, one thing she's certain about is they're not nepo babies.
Patsy recently defended her eldest son from critics, who claimed he only bagged a successful job due to his famous parents.
James, 29, had been working behind the scenes of the Arctic Monkeys concert as the director of live footage.
On Instagram, proud mum Patsy shared a snap of her son alongside the caption: "So proud of you Son. What an amazing show.
"And for any a***holes who think my son hasn't grafted for nearly 15 years. No help from his dad or me can do one. He's worked his a**e off and he has the respect and love from so many people he works for and with. You are the love of my life darling. So so proud."
