Patrick Vieira is now the current favourite to be the next Premier League manager to be sacked.
The Crystal Palace boss has yet to win a league game in 2023 and the Eagles find themselves hovering four points above the relegation zone and ten points off the top half.
Prior to Saturday's fixture to Manchester City, a game which the Eagles lost 1-0 to a late Erling Haaland penalty, reports emerged that Vieira was under pressure to keep his job at Selhurst Park.

And according to Betfair, Vieira is now 5/4 favourite to be the next boss out of a job, ahead of West Ham United's David Moyes and Tottenham Hotspur's Antonio Conte at 15/8 and 10/3 respectively.
Brendan Rodgers of Leicester City, 11/2, and Gary O'Neil at Bournemouth, 20/1, make up the remaining top five, as the Premier League enters the final few months and teams aim to avoid relegation to the Championship.
Speaking ahead of the City clash, Vieira admitted he's been under pressure at Crystal Palace since his first day in charge.
“Pressure? I had the pressure since the first time I came into the club," he said. "I had the pressure since the first game against Chelsea (in August 2021). This is what the Premier League is about.
“Every manager has pressure to perform, to play in European competition or stay in the Premier League. I see myself as no different from any manager.”
