Patrick Mahomes looked like he was having the most fun at the Kansas City Chiefs Super Bowl parade, but he almost had a bit of a mishap with the Lombardi Trophy.

And yes, this does remind me of the time Tom Brady threw the trophy from boat to boat a few years back during the Tampa Bay Buccaneers (only Mahomes didn’t throw it, thank goodness).

At one point, Mahomes got off the bus that was transporting him and his teammates and was hanging out with fans on the side, when he handed the Lombardi Trophy to a fan … and then started walking away.

Although we don’t see the end of this video, I’m pretty sure it was retrieved:
