Patrick Mahomes showed off some of his incredible game knowledge during his appearance on ESPN’s Manningcast during the Broncos-Bills clash on Monday night.
Speaking with Peyton and Eli Manning, Mahomes stunned viewers at home by expertly predicting the exact sequence of plays Denver would use in order to score its first touchdown of the game.
When the Broncos got within striking distance of the end zone, Mahomes forecasted that the team would run the ball twice before executing a play-action pass to put six points on the board.
“They’re gonna run it twice and a hard play action on third and short that’s going to get them a touchdown,” said Mahomes.

Denver proceeded to hand the ball off to Javonte Williams twice, before Russell Wilson found Courtland Sutton in the corner of the end zone for the touchdown, precisely as Mahomes said the team would draw it up.
Not only did Mahomes predict that the Broncos would score on the drive, but he guessed just how they'd get into the end zone, and he clearly left the Manning brothers impressed in doing so.
