On Monday night’s ManningCast, Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes confirmed the story that he wears the same pair of red underwear for every NFL game he plays in.
After being asked about the alleged underoos by Eli Manning, Mahomes explained that they were a gift from his wife Brittany Mahomes and that he wears them because the team started winning games around the time he first put them on.
His old Chiefs teammate Chad Henne revealed this fascinating Mahomes superstition this past winter, and now we’ve got Mahomes on the record talking about his lucky underwear with Peyton and Eli Manning.

Hey, we’ve all got our game day superstitions, even the best player in the entire NFL.
We really just hope Mahomes is joking about not washing those bad boys after he gets done playing in a game.
