Patrick Mahomes beautifully deflected ManningCast reminding him of time he screamed expletives at Maxx Crosby

There is clearly no love lost between Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes and Las Vegas Raiders defensive end Maxx Crosby.

Mahomes hilariously explored a clip from a past matchup between the two on Monday night’s ManningCast as Peyton and Eli Manning had some fun with Mahomes’ swearing up a storm in Crosby’s direction.

In the clip, Mahomes can be seen telling Crosby that he “woke up the wrong [expletive]” multiple times as a way to fire himself up and flex his competitive chops against a division rival.

As the Mannings laughed at Mahomes’ fiery exchange, the Chiefs quarterback tried to clarify that he was actually saying “gentleman” in the video to Crosby instead of, well, a potty word.

While we all know Mahomes was dropping some bad words, it is pretty funny to hear him try and deflect the moment as just a pleasant exchange between two competitors for the kids at home.

Mahomes’ getting in Crosby’s face and blessing him out are what broadcast censors are for, so we can have moments like this where the Chiefs quarterback can joke about saying anything but what was painfully obvious.
