After a controversial, conspiracy-centric run of interviews on The Pat McAfee Show on ESPN, New York Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers is done appearing on the show for the season.
McAfee made the announcement Wednesday morning, one day after Rodgers refused to apologize for falsely asserting ABC host Jimmy Kimmel would appear in documents connected to disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein—comments McAfee did not address in announcing the end of Rodgers' run.
"Aaron Rodgers, season four is officially done," the former Indianapolis Colts punter said. "There's gonna be a lot of people happy with that, myself included, to be honest. The way it ended, it got real loud. I am happy that that is not gonna be in my mentions going forward."

Rodgers appeared on McAfee’s program on a weekly basis this season, offering updates on his potential return from an Achilles injury suffered in the Jets’ 22–16 overtime win over the Buffalo Bills on Sept. 11. Ultimately, no such return came to fruition.
McAfee, who signed a lucrative contract with ESPN in May, accused the network on Friday of attempting to sabotage his show.
