Pat Kenny has been one of the most influential voices in broadcast in a career that spanned over five decades.
The Newstalk presenter lives with his daughters, Kristina and Nicole, and wife Kathy in the Dublin suburb of Dalkey.
The 73-year-old had a high-profile career at RTE making him one of the highest-paid presenters for several years.
But the broadcaster left RTE to join Newstalk in a change that shocked the nation after his show The Frontline was axed in 2013.
Now he hosts the daily radio show The Pat Kenny Show on Newstalk and the current affairs show Pat Kenny Tonight on Virgin Media One.
Pat's daughters are forging their own paths now they are fully grown up, RSVP Live reports.
Kristina, aged 27, works for a tech company called Zendesk.
Nicole, aged 24, studied journalism in Dublin City University (DCU) before going on to complete her masters and now she is working in the digital marketing field.

In an interview with RSVP Magazine, Pat opened up about his children's effect on his life: “My kids always try and make me healthier, anytime we are out for food they order salad on the side and I always order chips. They are quick to say ‘Oh no, not again'.
“I keep myself very busy and I think that there is a link between physical and mental wellbeing. I believe in the Latin quote 'Mens sana in corpore sano', a sound mind in a sound body.
“If you are reasonably healthy and fit, it does play into your mental health as well. Keep interesting and keeping busy seems to move for me in terms of looking after myself.”
Recently, Pat revealed that Kristina and Nicole are very busy with their working lives and they are doing very well.
"Kristina is working in there [gestures to room]. She works for a tech company, Zendesk, so they are working full steam ahead," he told the Sunday Independent.
"Nicole has just finished a diploma in digital marketing, and she did a masters last year and she's about to start working in August. So she's doing some work for me, doing briefs, which saves me doing stuff, and then Kathy is the quartermaster general."
