Brits looking to party abroad are starting to snub traditional hotspots like Magaluf, Kavos and Ibiza for a tangle in Tanzania - where 30C heat often beckons and pints of lager are only 84p a pop.
While traditional tourist hotspots like Magaluf and Amsterdam want to reduce the amount of punters visiting each summer, the east African paradise is looking to double its own visitor numbers.

The Star exclusively reports that the tourist trap has just been voted the best value sunny destination in the world - boasting 12.06 hours a day during the winter. Beer also costs less than one pound per pint, a meal for two will reportedly set you back £4.16, and a holiday apartment is just £50 to rent for the week.
There's an abundance of glistening sandy beaches to make the most of, and the warm turquoise blue waters of the Indian Ocean makes the country an absolute haven for holidaymakers. Furthermore, the nation also plays host to the Serengeti National Park - where tourists can get close and personal with lions, leopards, elephants and rhinos to name a few.
Then, there's also Africa's highest mountain; Kilimanjaro for those who dare to take it on.
Party capital Stone Town on the island of Zanzibar is also there to make the most of, with a whole host of beach clubs, bars, restaurants and nightclubs. It's also the birthplace of Queen singer, Freddie Mercury.
Tourism chiefs want to boost UK visitors from 77,000 a year to nearly 150,000 - while counterparts in Magaluf and Amsterdam attempt to crackdown on numbers of visiting Britons. Hotel bosses in Magaluf, for example, have whipped up room prices as much as tenfold - trying to eradicate cheap and boozy fun in the sun for UK nationals.
Amsterdam on the other hand, has recently launched a campaign to keep out irresponsible and messy stag parties and bar crawls.
Deputy permanent secretary in the ministry of Natural Resources and Tourism, Dr Aloyce Nzuki, has admitted that the government was keen to double visitors from the UK - while former British High Commissioner to Tanzania, Sarah Cooke, professed the 'unforgettable' beauty of the country.
A new study by BestGamblingSites.com ruled Tanzania the ultimate choice for travellers from the UK looking for a sunny destination that offers great value'.
It said: "Tanzania receives an average of 12.06 hours of sunshine per day during the winter, 33% more than Ibiza. During the winter months UK visitors to Tanzania can gain 8.53 hours of sunshine per day, the most sunshine gained of all locations analysed — making it the best-value sunny destination.''
