Police have urged to avoid some areas of Belfast today due to flooding, following heavy rainfall overnight and this morning.
Flooding has been reported in the Peter's Hill area of Shankill and also in Townsend Street, West Belfast, whilst in other areas manhole covers have also become dislodged.
A spokesperson for the PSNI said: "Motorists in Belfast are advised to exercise caution today, Saturday 20th August, whilst driving, due to adverse weather cautions, which have resulted in floods in parts of the city.

"Drivers are advised that there are reports of flooding in the Peter’s Hill and Townsend Street areas, while Fortwilliam Park and the Ballysillan Road have manhole covers lifting due to heavy rainfall.
"Please avoid these areas if you can, and seek an alternative route where possible."
The Met Office forecast says Belfast will be hit by heavy showers but it is expected to turn cloudy and drier in the afternoon with a top temperature of 19 degrees.
Tomorrow, Sunday, is set to be a dry and cloudy day with temperatures remaining around 18 degrees.
