Alboro shared that his heart is now 'full' knowing that his girlfriend has been freed. Speaking outside Beilinson hospital in Tel Aviv, where he eagerly awaited to greet Liri, Alboro mentioned that it was a moment of immense happiness for him. The 22-year-old revealed that he last saw Liri on October 4, 2023, and expressed his love for her, stating, 'That I love her.'
With Liri's birthday approaching in two weeks, Alboro expressed his hope to celebrate it with her, although the exact timing of their reunion remained uncertain. Despite the uncertainty, Alboro remained optimistic, sharing that he eagerly awaits the moment they can be together again.
Meanwhile, Albag's family released a statement expressing their profound gratitude for the support they received during the 477 days of Liri's captivity. They thanked everyone who stood by them, offered prayers, and sent love during the challenging period, emphasizing that the support they received served as a guiding light.
The family's statement also extended thoughts to the families of other hostages still awaiting their loved ones' return, including Arbel Yehoud, Agam Berger, the Bibas family, and others. They affirmed their unwavering commitment to continue the fight until all hostages are safely reunited with their families.
