Chris Erskine is to be inducted into the Partick Thistle Hall of Fame after his contributions to the Scottish Championship club.
The midfielder was last with his hometown team East Kilbride and departed the Lowland League club to focus on his career in the fire service.
Erskine featured almost 300 times for the club over multiple spells after initially joining from Kilbirnie Ladeside in the summer of 2009.
He established himself as a firm favourite with the Jags support and the season of 2012/13 was a particular highlight, scoring 16 goals.
A landmark 50 goal-tally was reached in the 2017/18 campaign. A statement from Thistle reads: "Chris finished his Thistle career with 56 goals, most of which were spectacular.
"In almost 300 appearances, he gave absolutely everything for the Thistle cause.
"It is our privilege to welcome him into our Hall of Fame next month."
The East Kilbride man will be inducted into our Hall of Fame at the eighth Partick Thistle Hall of Fame dinner that will take place on 22nd April.
